Spent 1,975 on Brunello Cucinelli and never received it!
Purchased a 1975.00 Brunello sweater. Got a confirmation email and have never heard from them again.
They have no phone number. All the numbers say non working number .
Every time I email them I get the the same automated answer. Im getting a really bad feeling about this.

Pissed customer
I purchased a Brunello Cucinelli sweater for 1,975$. Its been 5 days and they dont respond no updates and they said contact them after 48 hours.
Ive emailed and emailed and I get a pre recorded email that says the same *** again and again. I have a confirmation number which apparently means nothing.
They also have no contact phone number anywhere. I feel sick
